2. Place Your Order on Our Website

Book your shipping space right here on ParcelPool SA. Choose your preferred service (such as Air Freight Consolidation per KG) and complete your checkout. Make sure to note your Order Number once payment is complete.

3. Send Us Your Item Details & Proof of Payment

Once you’ve checked out, send your supplier links, product screenshots, tracking numbers, or item specifications along with your Order Number and proof of payment directly to our WhatsApp business line or reply to your order confirmation email.

4. We Consolidate and Deliver to You

We receive your parcels at our warehouse in China, carefully consolidate them to save on dimensional weight, clear customs, and ship them securely straight to your door in South Africa!
